We’ve had a busy time this August, taking the Man Van on the road to festivals and shows.

What a fantastic time at CarFest – it was great to enjoy the sunshine, an incredible line-up, and most importantly, to speak with so many people about prostate cancer awareness and the importance of early testing.

We also spent another weekend at The British Motor Show at the weekend.  Thanks to everyone who stopped by to chat to Karen and Des at our Prostate Project Man Van, including The Stig!

If classic machinery is your thing, then you would have enjoyed the Ripley Classic Tractor and Machinery Show.  We took the Man Van to the show for the weekend at the end of July and then went to another Classic Car Show run by the Cranleigh Lions.

We are so grateful to all the event organizers who welcomed the Man Van and gave us the chance to spread the word about prostate cancer being the number one cancer in men.  We also sold home finger-prick PSA tests to over 60 men; caught early prostate cancer is usually curable.
